Directions:

SHAMPOO: Apply to wet hair, gently massage for 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse. It is recommended to use 2 or 3 times per week. Leave a 48-hour gap between shampoo and mask application.

MASK: Apply to wet hair after shampooing, massage from mid-length to ends for 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse. We recommend using it once a week.
