REFUND POLICY

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase will also be requested.

Upon approval of your return, we'll provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where the package should be sent. Returns not pre-authorized will regrettably be declined. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Certain items fall under the category of non-returnable, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Regrettably, we are unable to process returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

In order to recieve the item you first intended to buy, the item you have should be returned as soon as possible. Upon approval of the return, you will be able to proceed with a new purchase for the desired item.


As previously mentioned, the item must remain in the condition it was received – unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
