SHIPPING POLICY

It’s important for our customers to know that our order processing times are distinct from the shipping times displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please be aware that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or unforeseen postal service issues beyond our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at marketing@lapuissance.com.ar with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us promptly at marketing@lapuissance.com.ar with your order number and a photo showing the item's condition. We handle these situations individually, aiming to find a solution that meets your satisfaction
